Matthias Nagatis

Matthias Nagatis (* 1954 in Rodewisch ) is a German actor , author and theater director .

Life

Matthias Nagatis studied acting from 1977 to 1980 at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin , Rostock branch. A first engagement at the Magdeburg Municipal Theaters followed from 1980–84, and from 1984 to 1996 he was engaged as an actor and director at the Dresden State Theater. Since 1996 he has worked as a freelance director at various companies, including a. at the Bautzen, Zwickau, Rostock, Schwerin and Radebeul theaters as well as the cabarets Herkuleskeule Dresden and Leipziger Pfeffermühle . From 1998 to 2012 he was acting director at the Theater Vorpommern .

Matthias Nagatis lives in Dresden .
