Wall course

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Wall run (also wall run ) a medieval `` sport '' developed from military exercises, which was practiced and precisely measured in the course of the transport , by kicking a nail into the wall with the foot. This involved running up a vertical wall and finally touching a target (here a nail) with a stretched leg. The best traditional performance was achieved by Christoph the Strong with 12 feet (approx. 3.60 m). The exercise is also suitable for preparing for the back flip.
