Maulawi Roschan

Maulawi Roschan is a senior Taliban leader in Afghanistan . He was arrested on September 22, 2010 by forces of the Bundeswehr ( Task Force 47 ) and Afghan security forces in Kunduz .

According to ISAF , he is said to be responsible for numerous attacks on ISAF troops. He is also said to be the deputy "shadow governor" of Kunduz.
