Maureen Mockford
Maureen Mockford (* around 1940 , † 2008 , born Maureen Perry ) was a Northern Irish badminton player and bowler.
Career
Maureen Mockford became the national badminton champion in Ireland in 1970. In the same year she started at the British Commonwealth Games, where she finished 17th in the women's singles. From 1961 to 1970 she was on the Irish national team 18 times. In her later career she competed in the Irish trials as a bowler. In 2008 she died of leukemia.
