Max Dolezych

Max Dolezych (born July 2, 1877 in Rosdzin near Kattowitz , † after 1932) was a German lawyer and politician ( DNVP ).

Life

After graduating from high school, Dolezych began studying law and economics, which he completed with the first state examination in law. He then completed his legal clerkship and obtained his doctorate in law in 1901 (dissertation: The legal relationships to the find and treasure under common and civil law. ). On April 1, 1904, he became the syndic of the Frankfurt (Oder) Chamber of Crafts .

Dolezych joined the DNVP. He was a member of the Prussian State Constitutional Assembly from 1919 to 1921 and was then elected to the Prussian State Parliament, of which he was a member until 1932. In parliament he represented constituency 5 (Frankfurt a. O.).
