Max Ohland

Max Ohland (born November 27, 1879 in Hildburghausen , † after 1933) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Ohland ran an inn in Köthen until 1933 . From 1913 to 1914 he was also chairman of the Koethen trade union cartel.

Ohland joined the Social Democrats and from 1919 to 1933 he was chairman of the SPD Köthen, whose secretariat he administered in the 1920s. From 1911 to 1931 he was a city councilor in Koethen and from 1929 chairman of the SPD parliamentary group. From 1919 to 1933 he was a member of the district council in the district of Köthen (from 1932 district of Dessau-Köthen ) and from 1932 to 1933 deputy district director. In June 1920 he was elected as a member of the Anhalt State Parliament, to which he was a member until 1933.
