Max Schwieger

Max Wilhelm Schwieger (born March 20, 1884 in Magdeburg ; † July 31, 1945 there ) was a German politician ( DVP ).

Life

Schwieger worked as a master hairdresser in Magdeburg. Together with a father Albert Schwieger, he ran a hairdressing business founded in 1873 at Jakobstrasse 28 in Magdeburg. At least around 1916 he lived in Magdeburg's Große Junkerstraße 3. He was Vice President of the Magdeburg Chamber of Crafts and Vice President of the Central German Crafts Association.

In May 1928 he was elected for the German People's Party (DVP) as a member of the Prussian state parliament, of which he was a member until 1932. In parliament he represented constituency 10 (Magdeburg).
