Medicine with a heart
Medicine with a Heart , formerly Medicine Without Borders , is an association based in Hennef . He is classified and observed by the protection of the constitution in North Rhine-Westphalia as an extremist Salafist association. The constitution protection Berlin puts him in a row with u. a. The association was founded in 2013 under the name Medicine Without Borders and later renamed Medicine with a Heart .
In September 2015, members of the association for 150 refugee children and their parents from the state's own initial reception facility in Cologne-Chorweiler carried out a day trip to a children's playground, during which asylum seekers were urged to take part in German lessons in the association's own facilities of "Medicine with Heart". The head of the protection of the constitution in North Rhine-Westphalia, Burkhard Freier , said about the organization in October 2015: "This association is a supraregional extremist-Salafist organization in North Rhine-Westphalia . Its aim is to use supposedly humanitarian aid, especially younger people, to support an extremist ideology Ultimately, that is one of the reasons for emigrating to Syria. The association wants to remove the refugees from our basic democratic values . And that is unconstitutional . A second goal is to collect donations in kind and money for organizations in Syria. "
