The megalithic complex of Ruan ( Cloghroenapeastia , Irish Cloch Rua na Péiste , locally also known as The Giant's Bed ) is located in the townland of Ruan (Irish An Ruán ) in Castleconnell near the road N7, north of Limerick in County Limerick in Ireland .

It looks like the north-south oriented slab is on the ground, but there is a gap under the massive stone and bearing stones are also present, so the unexamined site could be a boulder burial . The plate is 2.1 m long, 1.6 m wide and 0.5 m thick. It is covered with small bowls and in one corner there is a recess the size and shape of a foot . Small boulders on the north and south ends may be reading stones .
