Mehadeyis (in texts as MHDYS ) was a Christian king of Aksum about whom little is known in the late 4th century .

Mehadeyis is mainly attested to on his coins, which mostly used ancient Ethiopian as a language, although Greek is also used on them. The motto bzmsql tmwʾ on these coins is a loose translation of In hoc signo vinces ("By this sign you will win") on the coins of Constantine the Great .
