Meisterstraße 19, 21, 23 ( Latvian Meistaru iela 19, 21, 23 ) is a listed building complex in the Latvian capital Riga .

It is located in Riga's old town on the west side of Meisterstrasse ( Meistaru iela ) in a corner location on Stegstrasse ( Laipu iela ), which opens onto Meisterstrasse to the south . A little further north is the Small Guild .

The substance of the building complex, which consists of three closed houses, was built between the 13th and 18th centuries. The headquarters of the Latvian lottery company is located in the northernmost house of the group of buildings facing the street, Meisterstrasse 19.

Since October 29, 1998 the complex has been registered in the Latvian Register of Monuments under number 6555 .
