Meliesallee 7
The house Meliesallee 7 in Dusseldorf-Benrath was built in 1922 according to the architect Willy Krüger. In terms of style, the building is related to the Hannemann house , which is considered an “English country house with echoes of Palladianism” and a “typical example of the almost exclusively conservative modernism in country house construction of those years”. The house is also considered an example of a “dominant trend in those years”. Stylistically, the house is comparable to Theodor Merrill's houses in Cologne. The building is a listed building .
