Lindy Melissa Løvbræk Wiik (born February 7, 1985 in Slemmestad ) is a Norwegian soccer player .

Career

The striker has been under contract with the Norwegian first division club Stabæk Fotball since 2009 and plays for the Norwegian national team . During the winter break of the 2009/10 season, she moved to the women's Bundesliga for VfL Wolfsburg . After she stopped playing there regularly, she returned to Stabæk in January 2011.

Wiik started her career at Slammestad IF. In 2001 she moved to Asker FK . With this club she won the Norwegian cup competition in 2005. In the 2007 season she was the league's top scorer with 22 goals. In 2004 she made her debut in the Norwegian national team, with which she took part in the 2007 World Cup and the 2008 Summer Olympics.

The attacking player has three appearances with the Norwegian women's national team in Finland at the 2009 European Women's Football Championship and reached the semi-finals with the team .
