Ateliers de Construction Mécanique l'Aster was a French manufacturer of motorcycles and automobiles .

Company history

The St. Denis company started producing motorcycles in 1898 and automobiles in 1900. Production ended in 1910. On a larger scale than your own vehicle production manufacturing took place in motors that have been delivered to numerous other automakers. In Italy , the engines were sold between 1906 and 1908 by Aster Società Italiana Motori .

Aster exhibited single-cylinder engines with 3 hp and 5 hp and a two-cylinder engine with 12 hp at the Mondial de l'Automobile in Paris in 1901 .
