Automobiles Pivot was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in 1904 in Puteaux to produce automobiles. The brand name was Pivot . Production ended in 1907.

In 1904 a model with a single-cylinder engine , a model with a four-cylinder engine and the models 6/7 CV and 9/11 CV with two-cylinder engines were in the range. The latter were equipped with four-speed gearboxes and cardan drive . In 1905 there were three four-cylinder models with either 16 hp , 24 hp or 30 hp, which also had a cardan drive. From 1906 single-cylinder models with 6 HP and 8 HP as well as the two-cylinder models 8/10 CV and 10/12 CV were again available . In addition, a vehicle with a 50 hp engine could be manufactured to order.

Distribution in Italy

Antonietti e Ugonino from Turin sold Pivot vehicles in Italy in 1905 and 1906 .
