Underberg et Cie. was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Nantes company began producing automobiles in 1899. The brand name was Underberg . Production ended in 1909.

vehicles

The first model was equipped with an air-cooled single cylinder engine from Gaillardet with 3 HP . The engine was mounted in the front of the vehicle. In 1901, the range consisted of the 6/8 CV models with two-cylinder engines and 12/16 CV and 28/40 CV models with four-cylinder engines . In 1906 the four-cylinder models 12 CV , 16 CV and 24 CV with chain drive appeared . In 1909 only the 24 CV was available.
