R. Wallut et Cie. was a French manufacturer of automobiles and agricultural equipment.
Company history
Raymond Wallut (1858–1940) and Georges Hofmann founded the company in 1891. The location was at 168 Boulevard de la Villette in Paris . McCormick Harvesting Machine Company (later International Harvester ) began to import machines . In April 1906 a plant was opened in Montataire . The company also manufactured automobiles between 1911 and 1915. The brand name was La Fleur des Champs . From 1912 there were branches in Morocco . In 1934 the merger with CIMA (Compagnie Internationale des Machines Agricole) took place to form CIMA-Wallut.
