The Bayeux-based company began producing automobiles in 1907. The brand name was Marie de Bagneux or Marie . Production ended again in the same year.

Voiturettes were on offer . These were tricycles with the single wheel at the back. The open body offered space for one person. The curb weight was given as 100 kg. A single cylinder engine from De Dion-Bouton provided the drive . There was a choice of engines with 1.25 hp and 1.75 hp. The engine power was transmitted by means of belts.
