Mahout was a French manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company started producing automobiles in 1905. The brand name was Mahout . In the same year, the company presented a vehicle at the Exposition des Petites Inventeurs in Paris . Charlon from Argenteuil was a licensee . Production ended in 1907.

The only model was a voiturette . A single-cylinder engine provided the drive . The engine power was transmitted to the drive axle by means of belts.
