Company history
B. Bourney founded the company that bore his name in Levallois-Perret in 1912 to manufacture automobiles. The brand name was Ultima . Production ended in 1914.

There were two models on offer. In the smaller one, a single-cylinder engine with 954 cm³ displacement and 10 hp provided the drive. The larger model was powered by a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2120 cm³ and an output of 12 hp. Both models were equipped with a friction gear with six gears based on a license from Turicum AG and a chain drive.
