Automobiles Chenu was a French manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The Paris-based company began producing automobiles in 1903. The brand name was Chenu . Automobile production ended in 1907. Aircraft engines were also created .
vehicles
The models on offer were 9 CV with a single-cylinder engine , 12 CV with a two-cylinder engine and 12 CV , 30 CV and 40 CV with four-cylinder engines . There was also the 20 CV model , which took part in the 1903 Paris – Madrid car race. All models were equipped with built-in engines from De Dion-Bouton . The small models had a cardan drive , the four-cylinder models a chain drive . In 1906 there were 14 CV , 20 CV , 50 CV , 90 CV and 100 CV on offer, although it is unclear whether the more powerful models were actually manufactured.
