The Neuilly-sur-Seine company started producing automobiles in 1911. The brand name was De la Myre-Mory . Production ended in 1914.

The 10 CV model was equipped with a four-cylinder engine , three-speed gearbox and cardan drive . The open torpedo body offered space for four people. In addition, a six-cylinder engine with 16 taxable horsepower was created , which was sold as a built-in engine to other, not named, automobile manufacturers.
