Herdtlé & Bruneau was a French manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles .
Company history
The company was based at 38 bis rue de la China in the 20th arrondissement of Paris . In 1902 the production of motorcycles began. In 1905 an automobile was created. The brand name was Herdtlé-Bruneau . Production ended in 1914.

Motorcycles were initially on offer. A motor with 1.25 HP , which weighed only 4 kg and enabled a top speed of 35 km / h, provided the drive .
The automobile presented in 1905 remained a prototype . Each of the four wheels was driven by a 1 hp engine. Series production did not take place.
In 1913 a motorcycle with a water-cooled two - cylinder engine appeared . 48 mm bore and 75 mm stroke resulted in a displacement of 271 cm³ . Another model had a two-stroke engine .
