H. Chaigneau was a French manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles .

Company history

The Paris-based company began producing automobiles and motorcycles in 1903 . The brand name was Manon in France. The Mohawk Motor & Cycle Company of Chalk Farm from London sold the vehicles as Mohawk-Manon in England . Automobile production ended around 1905. In 1910 the company was dissolved.

Automobiles

There were two models on offer. Built-in motors from Aster and De Dion-Bouton provided the drive . The engines made either 6 HP or 9 HP.
