Company history
The company started producing automobiles in 1901. The brand name was Legrand . Production ended again in the same year. There is no connection to Albert Legrand from Paris , who in 1913 also marketed automobiles as Legrand . known.

The company's offer only included a model. This was a small car. Two built-in motors from De Dion-Bouton provided the drive . The power was given depending on the source with 3 HP or 3.5 HP; the engine manufacturer mentions 3.5 HP ( bore × stroke 80 × 80 mm, which results in a displacement of 402.2 cm³). The engines were mounted under the bench. Power was transmitted to the rear axle by means of a chain.
