La Voiture Électrique Védrine was a French manufacturer of automobiles and bodywork .

Company history

The company was headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine and had factories in Courbevoie and Rouen . It manufactured bodies for Panhard & Levassor and Hotchkiss et Cie . In 1904 the production of automobiles began. The brand name was Védrine . In 1906 1,500 vehicles and bodies were built. Automobile production ended around 1910. It is not known when the company was dissolved.

The only model was an electric car . The electric motor was mounted directly in front of the rear axle. There were the body styles Coupé de Ville and Landaulet .
