Lurquin et Coudert was a French manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles .

Company history

The Paris-based company began producing motorcycles in 1904 and automobiles in 1906. The brand name was Lurquin-Coudert . Production ended in 1914. The brand name was initially Lurquin-Coudert , later just Coudert . There was a connection to Lacour et Cie .

Automobiles

Brand name Lurquin-Coudert

Initially a tricycle was produced with the single wheel at the rear. A single-cylinder motor was used to drive the rear wheel via belts. Certain produced a similar model.

Brand name Coudert

A four-wheeled cycle car followed in 1911 . The V2 engine from Train initially had a belt drive. From 1912 a friction or friction gear was used.
