The Société des Automobiles Diederichs was a French manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
Charles Diederich put 1878 in Bourgoin-Jallieu , a steam - Tricycle ago, and from 1899 to 1901 together with his son Frédéric two prototypes of a gasoline car. Charles' second son, Théophile, founded the Société des Automobiles Diederichs in 1912 . The factory was located at 6 Petite Rue Neuve in Lyon . The series production of automobiles began. The brand name was Diederichs . Production ended in 1914. A total of around 60 vehicles were built.
One vehicle still exists. It was offered at auction on June 8, 2013. The estimated price was between 46,000 and 54,000 euros .

The model 10/12 CV from 1912 to 1914 was associated with a built-in motor of Luc Court appointed. The displacement of the four-cylinder engine was 2155 cm³. The round grille was similar to the Delaunay-Belleville vehicles .
