The SA des Voitures Automobiles Rip was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company from Rive-de-Gier started producing automobiles in 1908. The brand name was Rip . Production ended in 1912.

vehicles

There were two models on offer. The 5/6 CV had a single cylinder engine . In the 10/12 CV , a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2120 cm³ provided the drive. The radiator was mounted behind the engine. A special feature was a horizontally installed coil suspension on the front and rear axles.
