Company history
The Lyon-based company started producing automobiles in 1912. The brand name was Philos . Production ended in 1923. Jean Gras took over the company.

Initially, automobiles were created that were equipped with four - cylinder built- in Ballot engines with a displacement of 1131 cm³ . After production was interrupted due to the war, vehicle construction was resumed in 1919. Now four-cylinder built-in engines from Altos , Ballot, SCAP and Ruby with displacements between 1088 cm³ and 1775 cm³ were used.
