The Lyon-based company started producing automobiles in 1921. The brand name was Spidos . The designer was de Vassiaux. Production ended in 1925.

The only model offered was a cycle car . For driving a saw four-cylinder engine of Ruby with Overhead valves and 1,095 cc engine capacity .
