The company from Épinay-sur-Seine started producing automobiles in 1923. The brand name was Perreau . Production ended in 1925. A source deviates from the production period 1921–1925 and 1921–1935.

The 7 CV model had a four - cylinder built- in Ruby engine with a displacement of 1088 cm³ . Another source indicates that a four-cylinder engine with 1495 cc powered the vehicles. The engine power was transmitted to the rear axle by means of a cardan shaft .
