Automobiles Madou was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company Automobiles Madou from Paris began in 1922 with the production of automobiles. The name Madou was chosen based on the French actress and singer Cora Madou at the time . There was a collaboration with the Société A. Marguerite from Courbevoie . Production ended in 1925 or 1926.

The vehicles were equipped with open, two-seater bodies.

Automobiles Madou also took over five copies of the Marguerite type BO model from Marguerite, assembled its own trademark and sold these vehicles under its brand name. These vehicles had a Chapuis-Dornier engine with a displacement of 1095 cm³.

One vehicle entered the Brooklands autumn race in 1923 .
