The Lyon-based company started producing automobiles in 1922. The brand name was Vaillant . Production ended in 1924.

The company called its Model 5 CV a cycle car . In fact, it was a small car. It was equipped with a four-cylinder built -in engine from Chapuis-Dornier with a displacement of 961 cm³ . The engine power was transmitted to the rear axle via a cardan shaft . There was also the 10 CV model with a four-cylinder Chapuis-Dornier engine with a capacity of 1350 cm³.
