Lambert was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Germain Lambert (1904–1983), who previously worked at La Buire , founded Automobiles Lambert in Mâcon in 1926 and began producing automobiles. The brand name was Lambert . In 1929 the company moved to Reims and in 1948 to Giromagny . Production ended in 1953. A total of around 150 vehicles were built.

Lambert Coupé (1948)

The first model Sans Choc was from a built-in motor of Ruby driven. In 1931 a front-wheel drive model with the same engine followed. From 1933 the Bébé sans choc model was offered with a single-cylinder engine and front-wheel drive. Electric cars were created during World War II . After 1948, small sports cars and coupés with a displacement of 1100 cc were still produced.
