Company history
The coachbuilder Mario Marsonetto founded the company in Lyon in 1946 . He manufactured automobiles between 1957 and 1959 and between 1965 and 1972. The brand name was Marsonetto .
vehicles
The 1957 model was the Luciole designed by Baptiste Luciole. This was a coupe . The two-cylinder engine from the Panhard Dyna Z provided the drive . Alternatively, the four-cylinder engine of the Renault 4 CV could be used. 15 vehicles were created from this model.
In 1965 the Mars-1 appeared . This coupé with a plastic body offered space for four people. The four-cylinder engine of the Renault 8 provided the drive. The vehicle was front-wheel drive . In 1968 the model was revised. The large rear window was striking. The engine from the Renault 16 TS powered the vehicle. The top speed was given as 225 km / h.
A vehicle was exhibited in 2001 in the Musée Henri Malartre in Rochetaillée-sur-Saône .
