Inter was a French car brand.

Company history

Ateliers Électromagnétiques de la Seine from Saint-Ouen on the Seine designed a small car in 1953 . The production took place at the Société Nationale de Construction Aéronautique du Nord in Lyon . Production ended in 1956. A total of around 100 automobiles were built .

Only one model was on offer. It was a coupé without side doors with a hinged roof, similar to the Messerschmitt cabin scooter . It was a tricycle with the single wheel at the back. The single-cylinder engine with 175 cc displacement and 8 hp power came from Ydral was mounted in front of the rear wheel and drove to the rear wheel. The vehicle offered space for two people in a row. A special feature was the foldable front axle, so that the vehicle width could be reduced for parking, similar to the Reyonnah .

A vehicle of this brand can be viewed in the Louwman Collection in The Hague, the Netherlands .
