Ateliers Jean Dagonet was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Jean Dagonet founded the company in Faverolles-et-Coëmy in 1950 and began producing automobiles in 1952. The brand name was Dagonet . Production ended in 1958.

vehicles

The company produced sporty vehicles based on the Citroën 2 CV . The four-door body was 18 cm lower. The model was developed from year to year. A striking feature of some vehicles was an oval radiator grille. Some vehicles were also used in motorsport.

In 1956 the DF model was presented. This was a plastic body coupe on the same base. This model did not go into series production at Dagonet, however, but at UMAP .
