The Paris-based company began producing automobiles in 1947. The brand name was VEL . Production ended in 1948.

The only model was a microcar with four wheels. The open body offered space for two people. An air-cooled single - cylinder two-stroke engine from Train with 1 control horsepower provided the drive .
