Savel , short for SA Véhicules Européens Légers , was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Aniche company took over Automobiles Erad in 1997 and began producing automobiles. The brand name was Savel . In 1998 the company moved to Masny . Production ended in 2002.

The company manufactured micro cars. The Erad models Agora and Spacia continued to be produced. In 1998 the Sisma was added. The design came from the Institut Supérieur de Design . The vehicle was 249.5 cm long. For driving a provided two-cylinder - Diesel engine from Lombardini 505 cc engine capacity .
