PGO is a French automobile manufacturer. The seat is in Saint-Christol-lez-Alès .

The company has been manufacturing small series since the 1980s . The current company has existed since 1998. Since 2002, PGO has been a public company, predominantly owned by investors from Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates . The production site is Alès in the south of France .

First PGO built a replica of the C427-called AC Cobra 427 with eight-cylinder - V engine from Rover and the chassis of the European Ford Granada . The Speedster built by PGO before 2002 is a replica of the Porsche 356 Speedster with the chassis , chassis and engine of the VW Beetle .

The current models are called Speedster II, Cévennes and Hemera. They are more or less revealing mid-engine vehicles based on the Porsche 356 with modern chassis and drive technology from Peugeot .

PGO sold 60 vehicles in 2009, 26 vehicles in 2010 and 42 vehicles in 2011.
