The Société d'Exploitation Marden-Automobile , previously Automobiles Marden , was a French manufacturer of automobiles . The brand name was Marden .
Company history
Teddy Marson and his partner Denape founded in 1975 in Neuilly-sur-Seine , the company Automobiles Marden and started the production of automobiles. In 1979 the name was changed to Société d'Exploitation Marden-Automobile and the company moved to Offranville . Production ended in 1992. Marden is the name of the company owner Teddy Mar son and the assembled ape.

Were made microcars . The 1975 Espace I model was powered by two electric motors. Alternatively, gasoline engines with displacements of 125 cm³ and 500 cm³ were available. The vehicle length was 2.1 meters. In 1976, the Espace II with an air-cooled single-disc rotary engine from Sachs with 23 hp in the rear was also presented. In 1978 a vehicle with a length of 2.65 meters appeared, which was powered either by the engine of the Citroën 2CV or a motorcycle engine with 125 cc.
