Le Piaf was a French car brand.

Company history

The company Société Industrielle de Livry was based at 66 avenue Émile Zola in the 15th arrondissement of Paris . The first two models were given the brand names Atlas and Kover . In 1951 a third model appeared, which was marketed as Le Piaf . Production ended in 1952.

Only one model was created under this brand. The vehicle was a small four-wheeled beach wagon , presented at the Paris Motor Show in October 1951 . There were no doors, but an emergency roof. A single cylinder - four cycle engine of AMC was mounted in the rear and the left rear powered. The engine had a displacement of 175 cm³ and made 8.5 hp . With a wheelbase of 175 cm and a track width of 110 cm at the front and 100 cm at the rear, the vehicle was 275 cm long, 124 cm wide and 120 cm high with a convertible top. The curb weight was given as 195 kg. The price in October 1951 was 200,000 French francs .
