The Paris-based company began producing automobiles in 1922. The brand name was Jacquemont . The designer was Robert Bourbeau, who previously worked at Bédélia . Production ended in 1925.

The only model was a cycle car . A single-cylinder engine with 1057 cm³ or 1097 cm³ displacement provided the drive . The engine power was transmitted to the drive axle by means of two belts.
