Automobiles Astatic was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was based in Saint-Ouen (Seine-Saint-Denis) . The production time was either from 1920 to 1922 or from 1922 to 1923. The brand name was Astatic .

The only model was a lightweight compact car , which, depending on the source, was referred to as a Voiturette or Cyclecar .

The wagons were equipped with independent wheel suspension. Each wheel was connected to a toggle lever with a horizontally positioned helical spring. The rear axle differential was firmly connected to the chassis and the rear wheels were connected to it with cardan shafts . The cars were powered by SCAP engines with a displacement of 894 cm³ or 1100 cm³ .
