Clément et Rochelle was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Clamart company began producing automobiles in 1927. The brand name was Clément-Rochelle . Production ended in 1930. A total of around 100 vehicles were built.

Small cars were on offer. For driving attended four-cylinder engines of Ruby with 1,097 cc engine capacity . In the D model , the engine produced 30 hp , in the DS model 35 hp and in the K model with the help of a compressor 50 hp. There were the body styles coupé , convertible , two-door sedan and open two-seater. A special feature was the independent suspension of all four wheels.

A surviving Type C vehicle from 1929 was auctioned on February 19, 1994 by the auction house Poulain Le Fur for 43,000 francs .
