Automobiles Ratier was a French manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The company was founded in Montrouge in 1926 as part of Établissements Ratier for automobile production. The brand name was Ratier . Production ended in 1929. A total of around 30 vehicles were built.

There were some small cars on offer. A four-cylinder engine with OHC valve control , 748 cm³ displacement and 34 HP power provided the drive . The engine was mounted in the front of the vehicle and powered the rear axle via a cardan shaft . There was a choice of a two-seater touring car , a two-seater sports car and a coupé . In 1927 one was compressor of Cozette available. This increased the engine output to 46 HP with commercial gasoline and to 61 HP with special gasoline . The vehicles were also used in car races.
In 1929 a model with a six-cylinder engine was in the catalogs. With the same dimensions for bore and stroke as with the four-cylinder engine, the result was a displacement of 1122 cm³. It is unclear whether a vehicle was made with this engine.
