Établissements Émile Pilain was a French manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The designer Émile Pilain , who previously worked for Rolland-Pilain , founded the company to manufacture automobiles in Levallois-Perret in 1930 . The brand name was Pilain or Émile Pilain . Production ended in December 1931. In total, fewer than 100 vehicles were probably built, five of which still exist. There was no connection with Automobiles Pilain from Lyon .

From 1930 a small car with a water-cooled four - cylinder engine with 919 cm³ displacement and a three-speed gearbox was manufactured. In 1932 the 5 CV model was added to the range, with an engine with a displacement of 1200 cc.
