Automobiles Carteret was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Louis Vienne, who also ran L. Vienne , founded the company in Courbevoie in 1922 and began producing automobiles. The brand name was Carteret . Production ended again in the same year.

A small car was on offer. For driving a saw four-cylinder engine of Ruby with 904 cc displacement . The transmission had four gears. The power transmission with conical bevel gears based on a patent by Domecq-Cazeaux proved to be the weak point of the design.
