The Société Anonyme des Motocyclettes et Automobiles Viratelle was a French manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles .

Company history

The Lyon-based company started producing motorcycles in 1919. In 1922 the automobile industry was added. The brand name was Viratelle . Production ended in 1924. The connection to Blanc, Garin & Cie. from Paris , who manufactured motorcycles between 1907 and 1924 and marketed them as Viratelle , is unclear.

Automobiles

Produced cyclecars . Engines and some other parts were taken from our own motorcycle construction. The engine displacement was 350 cm³ and possibly also 686 cm³.
